This is why.

We work in a highly innovative way with new technologies, and place a great deal of attention on care in order to keep focus on the user. This means that we are flexible and can adapt our products to changing conditions, that we can train our personnel and form a part of the care and treatment branch.

We believe that this can only be achieved by working with people who have their own experiences from working in the care sector, who understand both our users and our care personnel, and who can truly speak their language. jDome BikeAround is a product that suits a large number of users and nationalities and for that reason we are looking for partners and retailers for markets outside of Sweden and Norway. Do you want to be a jDome Bike Around retailer? Contact us now and we’ll set up a meeting.

Health & Happiness.

jDome Bike Around is much more than just a product. It is a service and part of an initiation and monitoring system that connects up with the customer’s actual goals and produces documentation around daily activities. We include an introduction packet which includes training and practical guidance so that our customer’s feel secure and knowledgable. Throughout the training, personnel will be encouraged to answer crucial questions that facilitate implementation. Questions like: why? in what way? to what effect? which resources are available or needed? what is required from me? what is required from my company? what are the potential obstacles and factors for success? Half of the training is practical, which means that customers begin using the product while you are still by their side. We then offer follow up support which stimulates proper and continuous usage.

Above all, the most most important thing for us is that our new system creates health and happiness for our users!

We never stop developing.

At Brighter AB, several full-time employees work on software and hardware development – even for the current version of jDome BikeAround.

Development work is always carried out in consultation with our healthcare and design consultants, in order to ensure that we develop the very best from both perspectives. In the updated version, our software developers, among others, have delved into the deep data in Google Street View images to ensure that users can get around more freely through the images and with smoother flow at the same time, which makes the experience more pleasurable for them. On the hardware side, we have created a more integrated product, where computers, projectors and the jDome screen are all housed together. One advantage is that electrical cables could thus be hidden in the housing, reducing the risk of tripping up, making cleaning operations easier and eliminating the movement of cables.

In response to client requests, we are even looking at an accelerator handle and buttons to facilitate jDome for users with different impairments and we are looking at adding an audio experience too. In parallel with all this, we are also working on linking connected services to jDome BikeAround via The Benefit Loop, Brighter’s cloud-based platform, to collect, process, analyse and return data in the processing chain.

jDome® WalkAround™– smaller and more compact.

WalkAround is the natural extension of jDome BikeAround.

jDome WalkAround may be described as the world’s first public portal to virtual worlds. WalkAround is built on Kinect technology and lets the user walk around in images from Google Street View and direct the experience/walk with the help of their own body. jDome WalkAround is perfectly suited, just like its sister BikeAround, for different types of rehabilitation and activation of persons with different types of disability. The system is developed together with Hälsan’s new tools network and is produced at the request of our clients. For the moment, jDome WalkAround only exists in a pilot study version.
